The living room couch is a queen sized hide-a-bed and the dinette w/slide out storage drawers converts into a sleeping area. The RV has 30-amp power service and a 12V electrical system supported by an 110V 45-amp power converter and has a dual battery storage compartment with slide out tray. The living room includes: one powered super slide making it open and roomy, a rear lounge area with two swivel rocking chairs and an end table, a large rear window for a great view, an entertainment center with 20in LCD TV and an AM/FM/CD/DVD stereo with surround sound speakers. It also features lots of storage including overhead decorative etched glass cabinets and linoleum flooring with carpeting around rear lounge area, slide out area, and around the master bed. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, pantry, 3 burner range with oven, lighted range hood with fan, microwave, split sink, and lots of cabinet storage including overhead cabinets. The front jacks are powered with quick release pins. The awning is opened from inside with a one button control. The shower is glass enclosed with an overhead skylight. There are Stabilizer jacks on the rear. A wall thermostat operates the central air conditioning and heat. The air conditioning is ducted and has ceiling vents throughout. The heat has an auto-ignition furnace with in-floor ducted heating. There is a 6 gallon Gas/Electric auto-ignition water heater with an extra bladder. For under bed storage the bed lifts on gas struts. There are 2 30lb propane gas tanks. The unit has a crank-up TV antenna with signal booster and is cable and satellite TV prepped. There is an outside shower and a spare tire with carrier. Storage includes hang-up closets on both sides of the bed, a pantry in the kitchen and side to side basement storage accessible from the front and either side. The exterior is gel coated fiberglass. Fresh water capacity is 46 gallons. Gray waste water capacity is 65 gallons and toilet/black waste water capacity is 32.5 gallons. Everything goes with camper: hitch, 50ft extension power cord, 2 sets of Lego leveler blocks, lockable ratcheting wheel chocks, wheel covers, max air covers on all roof vents, and adjustable front leveling foot pads. Original owners are non smokers and there have been no pets in RV.
