2009 Park Model Cabin, stayed off and on for 6 months, while we built our house. 11ft. 10in. X 34ft.w/6ft. Porch = (total 40ft.) Height 12ft. from peak to ground.
The unit came with:
Cypress Split Log siding, Casement windows with and without screens, Built in bunks, Two burner stove with hood, 2 Turbo heat and ac units with remotes, Metal roof, Tub/shower combo with commode and vanity sink, Pine walls and ceilings, Ceiling fans, Armstrong laminate flooring, Smoke detectors, Carbon Dioxide and gas detector, Pine cabinetry, Insulated like a house.
We added the following items :
Counter Top Elite Pro Oven and Rotisserie, High End Wood futon with innersprings mattress, Glass top Table and Iron chairs, Black Console, Serta Plushtop Mattress Set, Black Iron Bed, Bedding, dinnerware, shower curtain, washer/dryer hookups, misc., Front Porch Step in treated Lumber (They did not come with the cabin! We built them), You can also have all the PVC plumbing and sewer pipes for hook up we purchased if you want them, new fridge-have receipt.
