Our Family LOVED living in this unit, and I am so sad to have to sell. It is in excellent condition and was well taken care of. It makes for a great and happy home weather its full time living or just a summer get away. I loved that it was so easy to keep clean, the convection oven as well as microwave is fantastic and the residential size fridge is such a plus for RV Style living. The comment we got the most from visitors was that they LOVED the windows, it made for such a bright and cheery home. My husband loved the low cost heating, the electric fireplace is all you need to heat this unit, we rarely ever used the furnace except for the coldest winter months. It has fantastic insulation which helped us save a lot on heating costs. And an incredible air conditioning unit which is as simple as switching your furnace from heat to A/C. Within a minute the whole unit is the perfect temp in the hot summer months. It comes with 2 hide a beds in the living room, 2 bunks in the bunk room, all the matching decor bedding pillow shams ect are included. I can honestly say that it has been my favorite place I ever lived. I cried when we left and truly hope its new owner will enjoy it as much as we did. My husband and I will be purchasing another in the future as you really can't beat this style of living. Simple, sweet and inexpensive. For now we have decided to have more children and our home business needs space for an office. So we had to move on.
One of the greatest things about this unit is, it is more like a mobile home, but classified an RV. There are tons of options for it. You can have it on a piece of land, set it on a foundation, skirt it, and mortgage it.
You can rent it out as a mortgage helper on your own land.
You can place it on a lot and live in it while you build your own house as you can afford.
Or you can do like my husband and I did, put it in a RV Park or Resort for inexpensive living, Live in it and LOVE IT!!
Also Comes with a partial deck that by husband made for the front door. I cut our unit out as best I could and pasted it in some other photos to give you some Deck Ideas for this unit as it looks amazing with a full deck!
